CDS currently owns and operates 26 residential homes through Monroe and Wayne County. Each home offers support unique to the people who live there. CDS’ residential program offers specialized supervised apartments, supervised Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRA), Special Services IRA, Retirement and Senior Housing. CDS has specialized homes for people with Autism and who are hearing impaired.
