Webster Creative Opportunities (WCO), located at Pen Web Park in Webster, features enriched clinical staff with highly skilled direct support staff to meet the needs of a diverse population.  WCO provides a garden club, a sensory room, computer lab, media room, art therapy, and a community inclusion program to provide opportunities to develop skills.
