The Linden Creative Opportunities Program located in Penfield, NY (LCO) has an open-environment with numerous clinical supports and opportunities for interaction and choice-making within their environment. 

CDS Monarch staff incorporates the use of sensory equipment to stimulate all five senses as a primary focus for people who live with severe cognitive and physical challenges.  Community inclusion opportunities are also available.
