The Blended Creative Opportunities Program (BCO) takes place at CDS Monarch's Wolf Life Transitions Center located on Hard Road in Webster, NY.   The BCO program provides services to individuals who have a desire and ability to work on vocational skills, but still require clinical supports not typically provided in a pre-vocational setting. 

The program blends day habilitation opportunities, clinical services, volunteering and community inclusion with the opportunity to work and earn a paycheck.  A model apartment is available to practice daily living skills, as well as, provide occupational therapy home assessments and modifications.  The Wolf Life Transistions Center mirrors a real-life community town square setting that includes a bank, fitness and aquatics center, restaurant, and media center.
