CDS Monarch offers Start-Up Brokers who assist you or your loved one to self-direct services and supports received through the Home and Community Based Waiver program option called "Consolidated Supports and Services".

The CSS waiver option provides people more responsibility in managing supports and services as well as controlling their personal budget. Individuals in CSS often self- hire and manage their own staff supports.

Start-Up Brokers assist in completion of an approvable CSS application and CDS is proud to offer this new service!
