Founded in 1977, CDS is a not-for-profit agency dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in Rochester, New York and its surrounding counties.   

Today, we provide support to more than 1,300 adults and children.  We offer Transition Services, Residential Services, Day Services/Creative Opportunities, Employment/Unistel, Family Support Services and Service Coordination.
